Important Information

* This is an indicative Starting pricing for base category, and they will increase for Superior & Premier category Apartments across different areas. You are requested to confirm with your Sales Rep for exact pricing and inclusions at the time of making your apartment reservation.

* Extra Person/Beds will be charged at Rs 600/night for any Person above the Occupancy limit specified for the respective Rooms & Apartments. Children above 6 Years will be charged Rs 600/night for extra Bed.

* The above published Pricing does not include Goods & Services Tax (GST) but it is applicable for stays of less then 3 months duration only.

* Your Reservations are always billed in advance. You may also be asked to provide a refundable damage deposit that will be returned back to you at the end of your stay minus any arrears.

* Pricing is listed for Fully Serviced Apartments – that cover housekeeping (floors & toilets), linen changes, 24 Hour Wi-Fi Internet, Water, Cooking Gas, Tata Sky TV, Power Backup service and all flat maintenance. Your Daily Rentals are inclusive of all Utilities, but for all long-stay discounted Monthly Plans, electricity is charged on actuals.

* There is ZERO Cancellation Charge for any reservation cancelled 7 Days before check-in date. We levy a 50% cancellation charge, if you cancel or modify a confirmed reservation between 7 Days to 1 Day before the check-in date. If your reservation is cancelled or modified within 1 Day from check-in date or in case of a No-Show, there will be NO refund of rentals. Certain Special Corporate Rates are Non Refundable and specified clearly over email.
